Oversees delivery across all three divisions, holding programme, resourcing and client communication together so a project never stalls between departments.

Principal Architect

Leads architectural engineering from concept through to approval drawings, balancing the client's brief against site constraints, budget and the building code.

Senior Structural Engineer

Responsible for structural analysis and design of steel and RCC structures, plus the evaluation and retrofitting of existing buildings flagged during assessment.

MEP Engineering Lead

Coordinates mechanical, electrical and plumbing design with the architecture and structure, resolving clashes on the model rather than on site.

BIM Manager

Builds and maintains the digital model of each facility's physical and functional characteristics, and runs clash detection before construction begins.

Fire Safety Engineer

Designs fire protection and detection systems and keeps the certification regime valid through the annual inspection cycle.

DEA Team Lead

Runs Detailed Engineering Assessments on existing buildings, identifying deficient structures and specifying the strengthening needed for disaster risk mitigation.

Energy Audit Engineer

Surveys and analyses energy flows through a building or process, then sets out the conservation measures that cut input without cutting output.

Electrical & Fire Safety Inspector

Carries out periodic annual maintenance inspection of switchgear and panel boards, certifying to NFPA-70B, alongside structural and fire safety inspections.

Social Compliance Auditor

Conducts social audits — formal review of procedures, code of conduct and the client's wider impact — and supports corrective action planning.

Construction Project Manager

Owns the site programme for steel and RCC builds: sequencing, subcontractors, quality checks and the progress reporting the client sees.

Site Engineer — Steel & RCC

Supervises day-to-day construction and installation work, confirming that what gets built matches the drawings and the specified materials.

Procurement & Materials Lead

Manages products and materials supply, from sourcing and verification of genuine product through to delivery on site when the programme needs it.

HR & Manpower Coordinator

Runs manpower support and staffing for client projects, and looks after recruitment and development inside MARK 1.
